Here are our Terms And Conditions.

1. Scope of Work

1.1. The Contractor agrees to carry out the following building works (“Works”):

– As detailed in the Schedule 1 ( Summary / Detailed)  provided.

2. Contract Price

2.1. The total price for the Works is £ _________________, including VAT unless otherwise agreed.
2.2. Payments will be made according to the following schedule:

– Deposit Amount:       £ ____________ upon signing this Contract.

– Scaffolding Costs:    £ ____________ payable immediately upon receipt of invoice.

– Progress Payments: £ ____________ upon completion of specified milestones as agreed..

– Final Payment:           £ ___________ upon completion and handover of the Works.

3. Scaffolding Costs (if applicable)

3.1. The Contractor will arrange and provide all necessary scaffolding for the Works.
3.2. The total cost for scaffolding is specified in Clause 2.2..
3.3. The Client agrees to pay the scaffolding costs immediately upon receipt of the Contractor’s invoice, separate from other payments outlined in Clause 2.2.


3.4. Work will not commence until the scaffolding costs have been paid in full.


4. Commencement and Completion

4.1. The Works will commence on an agreed date provided that the scaffolding costs have been paid as per Clause 3.4.
4.2. The estimated completion date for the Works is ________________, subject to reasonable weather interruptions and other unforeseen delays.
4.3. The Contractor will notify the Client of any delays caused by weather conditions or other unforeseen events as soon as possible and will provide a revised estimated completion date.


5. Changes to the Works

5.1. Any changes to the scope of the Works must be agreed in writing by both parties.
5.2. The Contractor is entitled to charge for any additional costs resulting from changes.
6. Contractor’s Obligations

6.1. The Contractor will carry out the Works with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with all relevant regulations and standards.
6.2. The Contractor will provide all necessary labour, materials, equipment, and scaffolding required for the completion of the Works unless otherwise agreed.


7. Client’s Obligations

7.1. The Client will provide access to the property and any necessary permissions required for the Contractor to carry out the Works.
7.2. The Client will make payments as set out in Clause 2 and promptly pay the scaffolding costs as specified in Clause 3.


8. Insurance and Warranties

8.1. The Contractor will maintain adequate insurance coverage for public liability and any other relevant risks.
8.2. The Contractor warrants that the Works will be free from defects for a period of [Warranty Period] from the date of completion.


9. Health and Safety

9.1. The Contractor will comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and ensure the site is safe for workers and visitors.


10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. The parties will seek to resolve disputes amicably and in good faith.

11. Termination

11.1. In the event of termination, the Client will pay for any Works completed up to the date of termination and the scaffolding costs as specified in Clause 3.
12. Governing Law

12.1. This Contract is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
13. Entire Agreement :This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
